Pre-event and IN-event planning support is provided from the moment of enquiry to the last day of your event, services included, but not limited to, are:
Assign the most appropriate room for you, to accommodate your guests, delegates, presenters and instructors
We communicate with you regarding last minutes changes to attendee names, numbers, any special dietary requirements or any special needs assistance required
Meet and greet the delegates and instructors/presenters in a warm friendly manner and provide a familiarisation/induction of the Facility
Manage delegate and guest registration on arrival, and we send signed course rosters to our clients on the first day of each event
Rooms are pre-configured to your specific requirements, with customisable room layouts
Take delivery of course material in advance, and set out in your classroom, prior to the event start
Instructor’s/ Presenter’s desk setup as specified
Storage of any left-over materials, for future events, if needed
Unlimited teas, coffee (bean to cup), water and biscuits available in the breakout areas
On site quality catering, which can include Breakfast and/or Hot Lunch
