100% Classroom Internet Uptime underpinned by two secure, independent, dedicated 100 Mbps Fibre Circuits via two separate Internet Service Providers. Data is channelled through a Fault Tolerant Infrastructure System with load-balancing which warrants that, in the unlikely event of one ISP Service failing, all data is automatically routed over the other ISP connection, thus ensuring 100% internet uptime.

At the Imparando City of London Learning Centre, technical support is in-house, on-site and on hand whenever required.
As well as providing training services such as set-up and image deployment, our support function is available to provide immediate technical assistance to ensure that all events run seamlessly.
Our approach is to be a “partner” for your training, conference or meeting event, rather than just a provider. For technical training events in particular, that level of support is invaluable. It means that the trainer can simply turn up and teach.
A major benefit of such an approach is the time and cost saving. Yet all of the above is included in the rental cost of the training facility. There are no hidden extras. And, of course, simpler, fairer, transparent pricing cuts down on your pre and post-event admin time too.

Imparando offers a flexible approach to the standard desk layouts system and regularly accommodates specialist requirements. - Custom Classroom Image Deployment – Cloning \ Imaging Technologies
Imparando can create and\or assist in the build of your custom image deployment. This image can be delivered to the desktop of your assigned training room with ease and efficiency. - Technical Training Room Orientation and Tutorial
On the first day of the training event, a member of our technical team will meet with the lead instructor\s and provide a concise tutorial of the assigned training room features, from climate control to Audio\Video connectivity, all aspects are covered to ensure the instructor is comfortable and confident to guide his or her delegates through the event. - Secure Customer Image Storage and Management
Imparando manages a vast array of Network Attached Storage (NAS) devices that are able to store multiple versions of large encrypted images for our customers to be deployed on-demand. - Bespoke Training Environment Design Consultation
We assist many of our clients in the initial stages of building custom training environments to guide them through some of the more challenging hurdles that they would normally would face alone. Our experienced team of Environment Design Architects can help decipher the most complicated of deployments.
Image Management
To make the life and the lives of trainers and training managers simpler, we can take care of all your image build management and deployment needs.
Firstly, we work with you to understand what you need for your event or ongoing training programme. Then we build an image that includes the required software applications pre-installed and configured.
We can create an image of any Server or Client platform, install the required software, configure it and distribute the image via SFTP or external hard drives, depending on the Image size. We can also securely store and update revisions of images for our clients, enabling you to speed up training delivery and ensure your class has the latest version of the required applications.
Training environments can be deployed in minutes and anywhere in the world.
Using this method saves valuable time and money. Images can be deployed to a classroom in advance of the event, without the trainer being present.

Virtual Classroom Support Equipment Orientation
Imparando’s Virtual Classroom technology is a combination of a High Definition (PTZ) Digital Streaming Camera with Broad Image lens capability, supported by the Industrial Standard ClearOne™ Professional Audio Conferencing System.
Both these professional technologies are integrated into the presentation layer through our Smart™ Interactive Projector, used to Interface and provide digital presence with the virtual delegates.
The synergy of all these elements provides an unmatched experience for the local and remote (virtual) delegate.

Network Control and Management
Imparando prides itself on being one of the most flexible Technical Training Facilities in Europe.
We endeavour to meet even the most challenging of technical demands from our clients.
From a simple client request, Imparando are able to dynamically manipulate its protective Firewall system to allow connectivity ‘to and from’ Remote Laboratory’s securely and efficiently, housed in the Cloud or at your on-premise locations.
This is especially beneficial if your business is planning a large Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system rollout and needs to train high numbers of staff quickly on the actual on-premise system.
In this scenario, should it be required, Imparando can also offer temporally rack space in our climate controlled, secured Communications Room to house your network connectivity hardware which attach’s back (via VPN) to your on-premise system.
Our technical team have the ability to logically link multiple training rooms together in order to expedite and maximise the education rollout.
Secure ‘Exam Certification’ Support
Imparando can provide secure, invigilated exam space connected to your specific Examination Platform.
Custom desk layouts and privacy screen can also be supplied on demand to meet any requirement.
High numbers of concurrent examinations are also supported, if time critical exam processing is required.

Imparando provides a complete range of technical eLearning services that support the design, implementation, installation, configuration and upgrading of UPK/UPK Professional (Knowledge Centre) environments. Our services in this area include:
- UPK/UPK Professional Environment Design and Installation Consultancy
We provide a Certified UPK Technical Consultant to scope your designated infrastructure. We can then implement the installation and configuration of the UPK Development and Deployment Environments or assist your internal IT support with the implementation. This will be documented and knowledge transferred to your internal support staff and lead developers for BAU (business as usual). - UPK/UPK Professional Environment Migration and Upgrades
Are you considering moving or upgrading your UPK systems? We provide a Certified UPK Technical Consultant to assist you with specialist product support and guidance. Note: This service is ideally used in conjunction with our UPK Technical Audit and Health Check (see below). - UPK Technical Audits and Environment Health Checks
Are you experiencing frequent UPK issues and slow performance or thinking of upgrading or expanding your UPK eLearning systems?
